Rewards.
Ever wondered how your Flare rewards actually break down? These tools are here to answer — enter an address and see exactly what you earned, epoch by epoch.
- Since the launch of FTSOv2, staking FLR earns two types of rewards:
- staking rewards (accrue each epoch, claimable every 2 weeks)
- delegation rewards (technically called MIRROR rewards) claimable every 3.5 days
FIP.16 mainly boosted MIRROR rewards, which rose sharply from epoch 416.
- Delegating WFLR earns delegation rewards only.
Why did I earn 0 rewards for an epoch?
There are multiple scenarios for this.
- 1.Each epoch snapshots your stake once, so it's important to restake quickly: a gap that straddles the snapshot can cost you that epoch.
- 2.Notably, staking and delegation use different snapshots, so just after switching providers an epoch may show staking from your old provider and MIRROR from the new one. Or, if you didn't stake before, the MIRROR contribution may appear as 0 for that epoch.
- 3.Often, providers become ineligible for rewards, or they may fail to register for an epoch. In such cases, their delegators and stakers will not earn any rewards for that epoch. You can detect such issues in the “Staking rewards breakdown” below by looking for rows with 0 rewards for both staking and mirror.
I'm staking to several nodes, but not all stakes show up.
Staking happens on the P-chain, a separate chain from the C-chain that runs the smart contracts. Stakes are mirrored over to the C-chain, and rewards are computed from that mirrored data.
For security reasons, this mirroring records at most 3 nodes per address. If you stake to more than 3 nodes from one address, the extra stakes are never mirrored — so they earn nothing and won't appear here. Make sure to keep it to 3 nodes per address at most!
